Happy Birthday Jim!

We went to visit my Mom this weekend and celebrate my uncle Jim's 60 birthday with a suprise party, casino style! We had lots of fun and now I officially know how to play Craps! Here are a few pics from the party...

Andrew + Molly

We had a blast celebrating with Molly and Andrew in Charleston last weekend. We didn't have a lot of sight-seeing time, but we are definitely planning to go back sometime in the near future to do just that. Charleston is a beautiful place with so many neat things to see and do and the wedding was just wonderful...

Friday night, at a rooftop bar in historic Charleston

Such a pretty view, that is the USS Yorktown in the background

Congrats Rodenbergs :)

Happy Anniversary to us!

Camden and I celebrated our first anniversary on Monday, yay for us! We had been traveling back from Charleston ALL day, but Camden had a big surprise waiting for me at the house. His buddy Ty is a chef at a 5 star fancy schmancy restaurant in Austin and Cam hired him to come to our house and prepare a 4 course meal for our anniversary dinner (best. husband. ever.)! Here are a few pics, we forgot to take pictures of the food until the last course darn it, but trust me it was ammmmazzzing!

Here we are at the table Ty setup in our backyard (where we got engaged too) with candles, china, the whole nine yards and luckily we had perfect cool weather! Please excuse the wiped out "I have been traveling for 12 hours" look on my face...

Here's master chef Ty.

Here was our fourth course, marzipan cheesecake with a grape reduction, yes, it was as good as it looks.

We followed tradition and ate some of our top layer of wedding cake, it was surprisingly pretty good!

Dorks :)

Here's to 100 more years as great as the first one!
