are you all familiar with how a brazilian steakhouse works? you have a little piece of cardboard that is green on one side and red on the other and when you have the green side up you are surrounded by waiters ready to slice off HUGE portions of different meats on skewers...quite the experience.
cam's parents took all of the children (we're children still, right?) out to
estancia churrascaria last weekend. we consumed enough meat for the entire month and had a great time.
